All Collar orders,..I will be making your collar with the measurements provided, they are adjustable which should lessen the chance there is a problem with the size. If there would be a problem I will make a decision on a case by case basis. If a refund less shipping is offered the customer would be responsible for shipping the collar back to me before a refund would be issued...it must be unworn and in the same condition I sent it to you. Giving a refund is a courtesy on my part and in no way an obligation.
An exchange may also be made at your shipping expense and again there are no guarantee's the second item will fit.

Paintings...Painting are done to best interpret the picture you provide to me, it is a likeness to your pet and will not be an exact duplicate, this is what makes it unique and art...There will be no refunds on paintings...no exceptions.
