2....Name of the collar and page category
3.. Please specify the width of the collar, and the size behind the ears for sight hounds. All other breeds please measure where the collar should lay on the neck and the biggest part oft he forehead if your choosing a martingale
4....Your mailing address
5.....Choice of payment :
a. paypal I'll send you an invoice....e-cheques will need to be cleared.

Starting September 6th my work schedule is 4pm until 2am...If you leave a message and are more than hour difference in time zone I'll call you on the weekend )
